The Shyft Global Wallet provides you with a safe and secure way to purchase and hold foreign currencies at the cheapest rates. You can also easily and conveniently send forex to an offshore bank account by creating an offshore beneficiary and transferring funds as and when required. Payments to the US, UK and Europe can take less than a day to settle.

Repatriated balances
- Repatriated balances start at R0.00 and will grow each time you purchase ZAR with forex when, say, returning from an overseas trip or by using money in one of your forex wallets.
- When using your repatriated balance to buy forex at a later stage, it won't affect your SDA.
Apple Pay
- iPhone users can now add ZAR and USD virtual cards to Apple Pay.
- In-app authentication via Apple Wallet instead of Shyft makes it easier to add cards.

Our team has been tinkering to make our app even better, this month’s release includes:
• Whatsapp Support: Customers can now use WhatsApp to chat to Support from the Help menu.
• Portfolio view: Column ordering and sorting: Columns can now be sorted and ordered whichever way you’d like.
• Card Delete and Devalue: If you try to delete a card with a balance on it, the application will offer to sweep that balance back to the wallet before deleting the card.

It was us, we did! That’s because our team of devs have been hard at work to make sure our app is more secure, better optimised and even easier to use.
Here’s what you can expect from the latest update:
No more pula problems. We’ve improved support for BWP withdrawal requests.
Increased support hours. We want to be able to help you, whenever you need help. You can now reach us from 06:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 16:00 on weekends and public holidays. How’s that for service?
Updates to card limits. You can now have up to 5 virtual cards per currency and 5 physical cards linked to your account. Time for a bigger purse if you ask us.
Speaking of cards… We've improved our validation process for linked cards so they’re even more secure.
We've also squashed a bunch of bugs, fixed a couple of gremlins and enhanced some parts of the app as well.
